Joe is one of those consummate professionals, serving as an advisor to a myriad of clients, including school districts, municipalities, business owners, corporations, non-profits, associations, estates and trusts. Joe has extensive expertise leading conversation among boards and finance committees in liquidity management, cash flow analysis and forecasting, investments, and debt issuance and servicing. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS®), a designation earned only by current CPAs who have the powerful combination of extensive tax expertise and comprehensive knowledge of investments and financial planning. He received his MBA in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

Chris is an educator and coach at heart. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) with extensive experience creating comprehensive investment policies and financial models for institutions, associations, businesses, and select individuals. He received his MBA in Finance from American University in Washington, DC, focusing on institutional asset management, financial modeling, advanced portfolio management, investment analysis and risk mitigation techniques. Chris has authored numerous white papers and articles, with topics ranging from Best Practices in Creating Investment Policy Statements to Building Board Consensus for Investment Decision-Making. He has taught as an adjunct faculty member in the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University. He was a two-time captain and student-athlete on the football team at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and, as an active alum, sits on the Drake University National Alumni Board. Chris is also an Enrolled Agent, admitted to practice before the IRS.
